Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Behavioral Technician to join our team!

We're searching for someone who loves helping children succeed, celebrates the little victories, and wants to make a lasting difference in a child's life!

📅 PROPOSED SCHEDULE:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (in-home)

  • Additional hours: Potential school-based hours on other weekdays

  • ✨ Need flexibility? Days and hours can be adjusted!

🌟 WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has a high school diploma

  • Has previous ABA therapy experience

  • Enjoys working with children

  • Is patient, compassionate, and dependable

  • Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to each session

  • Values consistency and is looking for a long-term commitment

  • Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)

💫 YOUR ROLE:

You'll provide individualized ABA therapy in the home and potentially at school, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills.
