The Job: Be the Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for a 1-on-1, in-home case with a brilliant, hilarious, very verbal 7-year-old girl. She’s sweet as sugar, sharp as a tack, and she negotiates like she just passed the bar exam. Moderate functioning, severe behaviors, and zero chill during a tough moment. 😅
