We’re looking for a behavioral rockstar who can bring the patience of a Jedi, the energy of a Marvel superhero, and the reliability of a Swiss watch to an incredible 1:1 in-home ABA case.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: help an awesome 8-year-old boy turn everyday challenges into opportunities for growth, confidence, emotional regulation, and legendary character development.

Think less “babysitter,” more “trusted sidekick in the hero’s journey.” 🚀

👦 MEET THE MAIN CHARACTER: THE HUMAN ENERGY DRINK

The Client: An incredibly engaging, bright, funny 8-year-old boy with enough energy to power a small metropolitan area.

The Plot: This is NOT a “sit quietly and hope nothing happens” kind of adventure. Expect an active, engaging, and rewarding environment where you’ll use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help build positive habits, strengthen daily routines, develop emotional regulation, and celebrate meaningful milestones.

Your Role: Help him level up his skills, navigate challenges, and unlock new abilities one session at a time. Think of yourself as part behavioral strategist, part motivational coach, part routine-building wizard, and part supporting character who may secretly become a fan favorite.

No magic wand required. Just clinical know-how, consistency, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a difference. 🧠✨

🦸 YOUR CHARACTER CLASS: THE BEHAVIORAL SUPERHERO

We’re looking for someone who brings:

⚡ Energy: You can keep up without needing a three-business-day recovery period.

🧘 Patience: You understand that character development takes time. Even superheroes have rough episodes.

🎯 Structure: You can turn behavioral goals into engaging routines without making every afternoon feel like a staff meeting.

❤️ Heart: You know that behind every challenging moment is a human being learning, growing, and figuring things out.

🛡️ Reliability: You show up consistently, because the best character arcs are built on trust, not surprise guest appearances.

Experience with children with special needs and ABA strategies is a major plus!

📍 THE SETTING: WEST BABYLON, NEW YORK (11704)

🏡 Location: In-home, 1:1 sessions in West Babylon, conveniently located near Lindenhurst, Babylon Village, and North Babylon.

🌆 Schedule: Part-time, after-school hours. Keep your mornings free, protect your weekends, and do meaningful work while earning money during the afternoon quest.

🧩 The Mission: Implement individualized ABA strategies, use positive reinforcement, support daily routines, and help a young person build skills that can make a real difference in his everyday life.
