About us

Greater Goals ABA provides one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism across Georgia. We're growing in the Augusta area and looking for caring, reliable RBTs to join our team.

The role

You'll work one-on-one with children during the school day, supporting them in their classroom and, for some cases, at home. You'll follow a treatment plan written by a BCBA, record session data, and help each child build communication, social and daily-living skills.

Schedule

  • Weekdays during school hours (about 8 AM - 3 PM)
  • Part-time and full-time openings
  • Consistent schedule with the same children

What we're looking for

  • Active RBT certification (or close to finishing it)
  • Experience working with children; experience with autism or in schools is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to schools and homes in the Augusta / Columbia County area
  • Patient, dependable and a team player
  • Able to pass a background check
