🚨 Now Hiring: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 🚨

📍 Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 in-school support for a wonderful 6-year-old student in the Bensonhurst area.

Position Details

🕒 Schedule: 22 hours per week during school hours

💲 Compensation: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

📍 Location: Bensonhurst, Brooklyn

Responsibilities

✅ Provide direct behavioral support in the school setting

✅ Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans

✅ Foster skill development, independence, and positive social interactions

✅ Collaborate with educational staff and supervisors to support student success

✅ Collect and document data as required

Qualifications

✔ RBT certification preferred

✔ Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or therapeutic settings

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Patient, dependable, and team-oriented approach

✔ Ability to follow behavior support plans with consistency and professionalism
