We are looking for a caring, patient, and dependable person to work one-on-one in the home with a sweet 4-year-old girl on the autism spectrum.

Whether you've worked with children, are a parent, or are looking for meaningful part-time work, this is a great opportunity to make a difference!

🗓️ Schedule

• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

• 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (9 hours per week)

• More hours may become available in the future.

💛 Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the child's home.

• Help develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Participate in fun, age-appropriate activities.

• Use positive reinforcement and follow the child's treatment plan.

🤝 Support & Qualifications

You'll receive guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with supervision and consultation most likely provided virtually.

Experience working with children or in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus. Candidates must meet the applicable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification requirements.

Household language: English-speaking.

Pets: There is one dog in the home.

💛Pay:

• $20-$25/hr
