Role Summary
The role of the Open Fertility General Manager is critical to the growth and performance of Spring Fertility’s innovative new care offering. This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and will be a dyad partner to the Open Fertility Medical Director.
Open Fertility is a new care delivery model that increases access and affordability for fertility services and leverages a strong team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Doctors (MDs), and Embryologists.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Leading the strategic planning and operational execution of the service line
• Launching and overseeing Open Fertility sites
• Managing ongoing performance to achieve operational, financial, growth, and patient experience targets in partnership with clinical leadership
• Create, set, and meet financial and volume budgets
• Hire, train, and mentor local leadership
• Partnering with senior leadership on the evaluation and execution of new growth opportunities
• Supervising site leaders to build strong, engaged, and high performing teams
• Developing effective and efficient infrastructure for scale, including leveraging and adapting core Spring tools to fit Open’s needs
• Ensuring that “lights on, doors open ” daily logistics are seamless and standard
• Ensuring Open Fertility follows all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Managing vendors and audit preparedness, where applicable
• Addressing patient escalations + experience improvements
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably fertility
Employment Type
This is a full-time exempt hybrid position.This role requires 50% travel across the US.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
