Enrollment Manager
OpenLoop is looking for an Enrollment Manager to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be a member of the Revenue Cycle Management Team, collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of RCM and the Sr. Director of Compliance & Practice Data Management.
About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directs the Enrollment team regarding the conduct of provider enrollment activities, manages day-to-day workflow and productivity
- Plans, organizes, directs and effectively manages the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment team by creating a positive environment that encourages staff to perform at their highest potential.
- Oversees the hiring, training, and supervision of the Enrollment team. Ensures that department policies are fairly administered by overseeing corrective action processes, employee training, mentoring and coaching employees as well as completing performance reviews.
- Maintains and analyzes department statistics on work volume, productivity and accuracy for use in long-range planning.
- Communicates performance data and action plans to leadership.
- Effectively delegate duties in order to manage productivity and effectively manage time.
- Conducts self-audits and provides reports and important information to the department director continuously and timely.
- Responsible for team metrics and training and development of enrollment team members
- Responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are achieved
- Handle escalated cases
- Communicates interdepartmentally when needed
- Ensures department objectives are met
- Process improvement and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in health plan credentialing/enrollment required
- 1-2 years of management experience required
- Experience with training and development of team members with varying experience levels required
- Experience with process improvement & management required
- Ability to multitask
- Experience working with all levels of leadership
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Available 8AM-5PM CST
Annual Salary range: $70- $85k
