Operational IT Manager
OpenLoop is looking for an IT Manager to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role will be responsible for establishing operational excellence and building out the IT team at OpenLoop from the ground up. This leader will be a member of the Development Team, collaborating closely with the Chief Technology Officer and HR team.
About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build out and communicate SOPs for all IT needs, informing internal stakeholders of new IT support processes
- Manage, coach and develop IT team (technician support / system administrator)
- Improve internal ticketing systems & processes
- Troubleshoot system issues for current employees
- Successfully respond to and manage time sensitive issues and requests from medical providers and their daily systems, ensuring no interruption in service or impact to patient care
- Frequently use of Apple business manager and Mosyle or other MDM systems
- Manage and continuously improve the process of all new employee onboarding (i.e. hardware and system setup), contributing to a positive onboarding experience, in addition to managing the deprovisioning of returned hardware from offboarded employees.
- Successfully manage the OpenLoop directory, creating and continuously improving the hierarchical system, allowing for efficient access and management of data within the company
- Experience with CRMs, understanding technical workflows, integrations, mobile accessibility, including software and infrastructure needs, for storage
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Manager (required)
- At least 2 years experience leading and coaching internal IT teams and processes (required)
- Years of experience in healthcare environment / industry (required)
- Experience implementing a ticketing system or building out processes for IT support required
- CRM experience (required)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Detail Oriented and adaptable
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Experience and ability to have confident conversations with medical providers, when handling time sensitive requests, and/or technical issues
Salary range: $80K - $100K / annual salary
