OpenLop is seeking an experienced and driven Platform Product Manager to take us to the next level. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with key players across the organization, aligning our vision across all applications, prioritizing the needs of our internal teams and developers, all while managing complex technical aspects.  This position offers the opportunity for strong collaborative, and the camaraderie of an innovation-driven team committed to technical excellence.

What You'll Do:

These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Own our platform strategy by developing and executing the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and vision, aligning it with OpenLoop's business objectives and user needs.
  • Drive technical innovation but leading the development and optimization of core platform components, including APIs, platform partner integrations, and cross-product capabilities like messaging and telephony.
  • Enhance workflow management by designing and implement ing obust workflow management solutions that streamline operations across the platform.
  • Leverage and spearhead AI capabilities within integrations and development of AI-driven features to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure scalability and stability overseeing the platform's architecture to guarantee its ability to support multiple products and services while maintaining performance and reliability.
  • Foster collaboration by working closely with various internal teams to maintain a cohesive product vision across the platform.
  • Define and manage the platform roadmap, prioritizing technical requirements and feature development.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain APIs, data infrastructure, and security protocols.
  • Lead the integration of third-party partners and services into the platform ecosystem.
  • Develop and implement cross-product capabilities such as messaging and telephony systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation for internal and external developers.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the development and integration of AI capabilities across the platform.

Who You Are:

  • Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field / MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years in product management, with a focus on platform or technical product management.
  • Background in healthcare is required, including tele-health technology, HIPAA compliance knowledge and data security
  • Strong technical knowledge in software architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and workflow management systems.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology platforms, API design, and platform partner integrations.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Expertise in agile development methodologies and creating/monitoring platform KPIs.
  • Knowledge of messaging and telephony systems.
  • Data-driven decision-making and identifying root causes of technical issues.
  • Ability to balance speed and thoughtful decision-making for cost-effective solutions.
  • Market trend analysis to guide platform and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conflict resolution with a confident, respectful approach to debate and collaboration.
  • Building credibility through expertise and reliability.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-value platform features for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of delivering high-quality platform enhancements that drive business value.

$ 130K - $150K / base salary
