OpenLoop is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager, Business Solutions
In this critical role, you will identify, propose, and craft Business Solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and address key business issues. You will analyze legacy systems and interfaces and collaborate with developers and internal teams to design new and advanced cross-platform solutions that will benefit both our clinical teams and end users. What You'll Do
- Own the Business Solutions Ecosystem: Develop and execute strategies to enhance internal tools, including CRM, knowledge base, and workforce management systems.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Lead tool development and optimization to empower customer support teams and improve workflows.
- Leverage AI Technologies: Incorporate AI solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness across business processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with customer support, engineering, and operations to deliver impactful, mission-aligned solutions.
- Focus on Scalability: Build systems that scale with business growth and client diversity.
- Embrace Data-Driven Decisions: Use real-time analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure success.
- Lead Product Delivery: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Define the Product Roadmap: Prioritize features based on operational impact and team needs.
- Ensure High-Quality Delivery: Partner with engineering teams for timely and effective product rollouts.
- Conduct User Research: Understand customer support pain points and drive innovative solutions.
- Integrate Third-Party Platforms: Enhance operations through seamless integration of tools like CRMs and knowledge bases.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product management experience in business solutions and/or enterprise software
- Healthcare experience, preferably in addition to tele-health, with knowledge on how to navigate clinical workflows, offering solutions that benefit both our clinical teams and our end-users.
- Proven experience in building and implementing CRM solutions (experience with Zoho is a plus!)
- Experience with knowledge base and workforce management tools.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in real-time reporting and analytics.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve business processes.
$ 110K - $ 140K / Annual Salary
