Product Manager, Patient Experience

OpenLoop is looking for a Patient Experience, Product Manager, to join our team! This critical role directly impacts our valuable end-user, the patient. This position will focus on creating data-driven product experiences, collaborating with teams and understanding patient needs, to ensure quality care access, and a world-class user experience.
What You'll Do

Own the Patient Journey: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the patient experience, from scheduling to post-visit engagement.

Drive Innovation: Lead the creation of patient-focused products, including a next-generation portal and commerce platform integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and exceptional user experience.

Leverage AI Technologies: Improve patient experiences and outcomes.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful, mission-aligned products.

Focus on Scalability: Build solutions adaptable to a diverse client base, from startups to established healthcare providers.

Embrace Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and patient feedback to identify improvements and measure success.

Lead with Ownership: Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Define the Roadmap: Prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.

Conduct User Research: Map the patient journey to understand pain points and drive innovation.

Enhance Partnerships: Enable integrations with third-party platforms to elevate the patient experience.

Evangelize the Patient Perspective: Advocate for the patient experience to align stakeholders with OpenLoop’s mission.
Who You Are
-
Experienced Product Manager with a minimum 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, SaaS or e-commerce. Bonus Points if you have experience with tele-health and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

Technical background or understanding of APIs and integrations.

Ability to advocate for customers, ensuring patient needs and feedback shape product strategies.

Demonstrated ownership mindset, taking responsibility beyond assigned roles to drive company-wide impact.

Experience driving innovation by simplifying processes and proposing bold, creative solutions.

Strong decision making ability with willingness to seek diverse perspectives.

Commitment to continuous learning staying current with industry trends.

Experience with strategically delivering innovative solutions that will redefine patient care.
