We are looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our portfolio of new business verticals at OpenTable. This role will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, validating and bringing to market new offerings that augment our current portfolio and accelerate our growth as a business. Embodying a GM mindset, they will co-own revenue goals and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring these products to market.
In this role, you will:
- Craft the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, strategy and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with our company’s business objectives. Set a roadmap that takes buy, build and partner avenues into consideration.
- Own the business outcomes in collaboration with GTM leaders - including but not limited to driving adoption, engagement and monetization through new businesses.
- Exceptional Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution process to deliver good outcomes for the customer and the business. Partner with engineering, design, partnerships and marketing teams to seek out avenues to test, learn and iterate quickly.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a talented team of product managers. Cultivate a culture of innovation, customer centricity and collaboration within the organization. Invest in upleveling product craft.
- Data Driven: Champion a customer centric, data driven and market aware approach to actively seek out and implement research and data..
- Scale: Define the processes that enable new businesses to align with other areas without losing momentum.
Please apply if:
- 10+ years of experience in product management with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product-managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
- Significant experience building 0>1 consumer or marketplace products, and scaling them.
- Experience defining and executing a GTM strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales. Monetization experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams across the product development and go-to-market life cycle.

Equity Eligible
There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this remote United States based role is $240,000 - $300,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus, equity grant; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
