Reporting to the District Manager, Restaurant Sales and Services, this position is responsible for managing customer retention and revenue growth within their local district. They will develop a team of 3-5 Restaurant services managers to achieve goals.
The Restaurant Services Team Lead will ensure accurate territory management by their team while staying in tune with local market conditions. They must be innovative in tackling retention obstacles that their team faces. They will be depended upon to be insightful and able to offer a different perspective, get creative, and challenge current thinking internally and externally in order to achieve goals. They will lead his team through challenging customer and prospect scenarios in and out of the field.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a team to meet/exceed retention goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Make yourself accessible and available as a resource for the Restaurant Relations Managers on your team.
- Lead an account load of 100-150 customers.
- Interview and train new team members as needed.
- Stay current with organizational changes, initiatives, and vision. Lead and empower their team around these.
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers.
- Coach and support assigned team.
- Maintain clear communication lines and a sense of camaraderie for your team from a distance.
- Share and implement standard processes with members of the sales and restaurant relations leadership team.
- Participate in development and execution of training and coaching programs across the sales and restaurant relations team.
- 30-50% travel is expected depending on local market.

- Experience running and leading a team strongly preferred
- College degree preferred
- Restaurant management experience strongly preferred
- 3 years of Restaurant Relations experience required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong PC skills and overall technically savvy
- Strong leadership skills
- Aptitude to grasp and learn sophisticated concepts quickly and independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven negotiation and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure and against aggressive goals and deadlines
- Flexibility to travel
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proficiency in English and local market language
- Must currently be a Senior RSM
- Must reside in Los Angeles

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $120,000 - $125,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
