  • Leverage Data & AI: Utilize AI and data science to develop solutions that optimize ad targeting, budget management, and campaign performance based on real-time diner behavior and restaurant demand.
  • Innovate Monetization Strategies: Experiment with auction-based pricing, personalized recommendations, and real-time adjustments to enhance marketplace efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure Seamless Integration: Guarantee that ad campaigns seamlessly integrate with the broader marketplace, effectively balancing supply and demand while maintaining a positive experience for both diners and restaurants.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong portfolio of shipping customer-facing products that successfully balance technical execution with user-centric design.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in B2B SaaS, ad platforms, or marketplace products, with a focus on creating intuitive and impactful user experiences.
  • Skills: Exceptional collaboration, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for solving problems for small business owners and a commitment to creating products that are both functional and beautiful.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Generous paid vacation + time off for your birthday
  • Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year
  • Focus on mental health and well-being:
    • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth
    • Company-paid subscription to HeadsSpace
