The Role:
GTM Enablement is seeking experienced learning design professionals to join our growing content production team. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Enablement Consultants and subject matter experts to translate field needs and business priorities into learner-centric designs that engage and delight target audiences, while addressing critical skill and knowledge gaps. You will leverage your deep expertise in learning theory and design best practices to propose innovative learning solutions that can be delivered at scale. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenging problems and has a knack for making even the most complex topics seem straightforward and simple to master. You are a strategic thinker, enthusiastic educator, and willing to take risks in order to drive impact in a fast-changing, technical, customer success environment.
In this role you will:

Translate identified performance gaps and business needs into learning requirements with measurable learning objectives.

Based on learning requirements, design and pitch scalable enablement interventions that positively impact employee productivity while balancing resource constraints.

Build trust and credibility with subject matter experts to influence scope of learning programs and gain buy-in on design approach.

Choose appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities to accomplish specific performance objectives.

Analyze, select, and/or adapt existing content assets to incorporate into learning programs.

Identify content gaps and partner with writers, visual/media designers, and content packagers to realize your design vision, including development of creative briefs to guide production of supporting material/media.

Devise modes of assessment, such as quizzes or stand-and-deliver experiences, to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in related field

5+ years learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar instructional design methodology, preferably in a SaaS and/or customer success environment

Ability to apply concepts of adult learning theory to design impactful learning experiences for various delivery environments, both synchronous and asynchronous

Ability to take complex, sometimes mixed messages from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple, elegant, and clear learning solutions

Familiarity with learning and/or design software tools (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline, Final Cut Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, etc…) in order to translate content needs into realistic creative briefs

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results

Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Ability to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and adapt and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and content performance

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this Canada located role is $85,000-95,000 CAD.
We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits. This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
