(NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.
Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.
About the Role
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to help shape and execute OpenTable’s B2B marketing programs for our global restaurant audience.
In this role, you’ll plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns that support key business priorities — from product launches and adoption initiatives to ongoing engagement programs. You’ll work closely with partners across Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, PR, Analytics, and channel teams to bring strategies to life through coordinated, multi-channel execution.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program leadership. You’ll help translate business goals into clear marketing plans, ensure alignment across channels, and use data to measure performance and refine impact over time.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead integrated marketing programs that support restaurant-facing priorities, including product launches, feature adoption, and strategic initiatives.
- Translate business and product goals into marketing plans, including clear objectives, messaging direction, channel strategy, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to bring positioning and narratives into market through campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Plan and orchestrate cross-channel execution across CRM, website, paid media, social, content, events, sales enablement, and thought leadership — ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Define measurement plans and evaluate performance, using data to understand what’s working, optimize campaigns, and inform future initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and roles, and keep programs moving forward.
- Balance strategy and execution, contributing at both the planning level and the day-to-day level as needed to deliver high-quality programs.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based businesses.
- Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns tied to business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect audience insights and business goals to effective marketing programs.
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally and influencing without authority, particularly with Product Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams.
- An analytical mindset, with experience using data to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills; able to bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives.
- Interest or experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food industry is a plus.
