About the job
Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Sales and Services for EMEA, you will drive restaurant acquisition and expansion in France. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for our reservations technology. You will empower your team to overcome challenges, challenge current thinking, and deliver successful outcomes for the business and our customers. By fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high motivation and performance levels across the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Develop comprehensive annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous team development and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align on organizational initiatives and secure successful outcomes for both the business and customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to guide the team through complex prospect scenarios.
- Travel up to 40% to support the team in the field and adapt strategies to the local market needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in sales and team management, including building and leading successful sales or business development teams.
- Need to be fluent in French and English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members effectively.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% as required by the role.

- Experience running strategic business units within the technology or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional adaptability and creativity in overcoming business challenges and driving innovative solutions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of driving complex organizational initiatives.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
The salary range for this Paris (France) located role is €70,000-75,000 + Quarterly bonus = Target OTE is €100,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for additional compensation and benefits in accordance with local law and company policy.
