Bilingual Onsite Coordinator
Onsite | Full-Time | Operations

As a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations at one of our large client accounts — keeping everything running smoothly for both our client and our talent. This role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and central to creating a best-in-class experience for everyone involved.

💼 What You’ll Do

 

As an Onsite Coordinator at Openwork, you’ll serve as the onsite account owner — the go-to connection between our client, our team, and our workforce. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Oversee daily onsite operations for 50–100+ talent on assignment, ensuring smooth check-ins, attendance tracking, and overall account success.
  • Collaborate with your local branch to source, screen, and onboard qualified talent.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and trainings to set talent up for success.
  • Prepare and distribute badges, maintain rosters, and manage access and credentialing for all onsite employees.
  • Support onboarding and compliance, including background checks, drug screens, I-9/E-Verify, and other client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and reporting to ensure seamless communication and accountability.
  • Coach and counsel talent on performance, attendance, and workplace behavior to promote engagement and retention.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with client contacts to strengthen partnerships and ensure we’re exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand within the account and grow our market share.
  • Attend branch huddles (at least one in person each week) to stay connected with the local team and align on hiring needs.
  • Obtain referrals from onsite talent to support continuous pipeline growth.
  • Manage onsite collections as needed and provide weekly summary reports to your manager.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure ongoing compliance with client agreements and policies.
