As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in connecting local healthcare professionals with meaningful job opportunities while helping our clients provide essential care in their communities. This isn’t your typical recruiting role — it’s a mix of relationship-building, operational coordination, and mission-driven hustle.

 

💼 What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter with Openwork Health, you’ll wear a few important hats — talent scout, compliance coordinator, and candidate advocate. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals for per diem and contract assignments across Kansas.

• Guide candidates through onboarding and ensure they meet licensing, certification, and compliance requirements in line with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Create professional submission packets for client review and placement consideration.

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with healthcare talent — maintaining an active pipeline and staying connected to their goals and preferences.

• Verify credentials and facilitate background checks, drug screens, and immunization records before placement.
