At Openwork, we’re always looking to connect with motivated, people-focused professionals who want to grow (or start!) their recruiting career. As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll help connect great people with meaningful work while supporting local businesses across the community. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where you’ll recruit, coach talent, and partner with clients to solve hiring challenges.
- Compensation: Base salary + commission based on recruiting production
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Growth: Strong opportunity for someone eager to build recruiting experience and grow into leadership or expanded responsibilities
Experience in staffing or recruiting is a plus. If you don’t have direct recruiting experience, we strongly encourage candidates with backgrounds in high-volume, client-facing professional services industries (customer service, retail management, hospitality, banking, sales, etc.) to apply. Drive, organization, and a people-first mindset matter most.
