Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

Locust Grove / McDonough, GA 

Onsite: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

 

As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll be a key part of our branch team, managing a book of clients in light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse environments. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll be working directly with clients and candidates which includes screening resumes, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting talent throughout their assignments.

 

No prior recruiting or staffing experience? No problem! We’re open to candidates coming from fast-paced, customer service–oriented industries who thrive on building relationships and solving problems.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full staffing process for multiple clients: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing talent support.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as their go-to partner for workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with your branch team to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain operations across multiple systems and tools to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Be the face of Openwork — fast, responsive, and hands-on in a client- and talent-facing environment.

 

What You Bring:

  • Energized by a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • People-oriented and comfortable working directly with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy, able to manage multiple systems and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Customer service experience or a similar background where speed, relationships, and results mattered.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity. This position includes a base salary + monthly commissions, PTO, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits.
