Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

Olive Branch, MS | Hybrid (Remote + Onsite) 

As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll be a key part of connecting top talent with a large manufacturing client, helping them grow their workforce. This role is high-volume and hands-on. You’ll be screening resumes, interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and managing talent throughout their assignments. You’ll also support client communication, conduct onsite visits as needed, and work closely with your team.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full recruiting process for a high-volume client: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coach and support talent throughout assignments, check in regularly and help them grow.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate regularly and visit the client site as needed.
• Collaborate with your team to drive growth and fill positions efficiently.
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to keep operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity. This position includes a base salary + monthly commissions, PTO, holiday pay, and comprehensive benefits.
