You’ll work directly with market leaders and teams to address performance gaps, improve execution, develop leaders, and implement initiatives that drive results.
This person should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution and willing to step into a market when leadership support, stabilization, or additional hands-on direction is needed.
This role requires 25–50% travel.

- Partner with market and regional leaders to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans to improve results
- Step into markets as a hands-on leader when needed to stabilize performance, address leadership gaps, and strengthen execution
- Monitor key metrics across sales, recruiting, service delivery, productivity, and profitability to identify trends and root causes
- Lead, coach, and develop market teams to strengthen accountability, productivity, and overall performance
- Support the onboarding, development, and transition of market leaders
- Identify and address leadership, team dynamics, culture, and engagement challenges impacting performance
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and deliver or facilitate targeted development and coaching
- Strengthen recruiting and sales strategies, activity, conversion, and operating rhythms within markets
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, workflows, productivity, and cost management
- Lead implementation of new systems, processes, tools, and company initiatives across markets
- Support new market openings, acquisitions, and M&A integration to establish consistent operations and successful transitions
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that support market growth and strategic priorities
- Serve as a hands-on resource for complex client, talent, leadership, and operational challenges
- Maintain regular communication with assigned markets to monitor performance, priorities, challenges, and progress
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of leading teams and improving business performance
- Experience managing a P&L and accountability for financial and operational results
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify root causes, and turn insights into action
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, influence, and hold teams accountable
- Proven experience developing leaders and improving team performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience leading through change and implementing new processes, systems, or initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel 25–50% to support markets in person
