We’re seeking passionate, hands-on individuals to join our team as Hybrid Repair & Fleet Operations Technicians—a dynamic role that combines vehicle maintenance with field operations to ensure our fleet is running smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary

As a Hybrid Technician, you’ll split your time between warehouse-based repair work and field-based operational tasks. This includes everything from mechanical repairs and quality checks to battery swaps, vehicle rebalancing, and responding to service requests.

What You’ll Do

In the Warehouse:

• Repair and maintain Veo’s electric scooters and bikes.
  
  
• Complete routine inspections and quality assurance checks.
  
  
• Track and log maintenance records accurately.
  
  
• Maintain organized parts inventory and a clean workspace.
  
  

In the Field:

• Drive a Veo van to locate, service, and rebalance vehicles.
  
  
• Swap batteries in deployed scooters/bikes.
  
  
• Perform minor field repairs and respond to on-demand service requests.
  
  
• Use our internal app to log activity and complete daily routes efficiently.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in mechanical repair, logistics, or delivery operations.
  
  
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
  
  
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and in-field technology.
  
  
• A collaborative team player with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  
  

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience working with bikes, scooters, automotive, or light electronics.
  
  
• Familiarity with the local area and street layouts.
  
  
• Open availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  
  
• Experience in warehouse, delivery, or maintenance environments.
