Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quote to Cash Architect to join our growing RevOps and Salesforce consulting practice. In this client-facing role, you will lead the design and implementation of quote-to-cash solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. You'll work directly with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and architect scalable, efficient solutions that transform their revenue operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Architecture

  • Lead client discovery sessions to understand business requirements and current-state processes
  • Design and architect comprehensive quote-to-cash solutions tailored to client needs across multiple industries
  • Develop technical specifications, system integration patterns, and data flow architectures for client implementations
  • Present solution recommendations and architectural designs to C-level executives and stakeholder groups

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support

  • Partner with Sales teams during the pre-sales process to assess technical requirements
  • Conduct technical scoping sessions with prospective clients to understand project complexity and requirements
  • Develop accurate project estimates including effort, timeline, and resource allocation for proposals
  • Create compelling technical proposals and solution presentations for prospective clients
  • Present customer proposals alongside Sales teams, providing technical expertise and answering solution-related questions

Salesforce Platform Expertise

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions for clients
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ and RCA functionality across diverse business models
  • Architect complex integrations between Salesforce platforms and client ERP, billing, and financial systems
  • Optimize revenue recognition processes and billing workflows for various industries and compliance requirements

RevOps Consulting & Process Optimization

  • Analyze client quote-to-cash processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Design automated workflows and RevOps best practices to reduce manual intervention and increase accuracy
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement process enhancements and change management initiatives
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry-specific revenue recognition standards and business policies
  • Provide strategic guidance on RevOps transformation and technology adoption

Project Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead client implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams including consultants, developers and project managers
  • Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices across the consulting team
  • Contribute to the development of proprietary methodologies and accelerators

Requirements:

Consulting Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in quote-to-cash processes and systems implementation
  • 2+ years in an architect role or equivalent senior technical consulting position
  • Proven track record of successful client-facing engagements and project delivery
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation and configuration across multiple client environments
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and RCA functionality in diverse business contexts
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives and prospective clients
  • Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and business value in client proposals
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements and prospect meetings

Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud Consultant Accredited Professional, CPQ Specialist and Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash business processes across multiple industries (SaaS, Manufacturing, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Must have experience with billing systems, processes, and standard requirements. Knowledge of subscription billing models, usage-based pricing, and recurring revenue processes.
  • Expertise in revenue recognition principles and compliance requirements (ASC 606, IFRS 15)
  • Strong knowledge of system integration patterns, API development, and data migration strategies
  • Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and complex business requirements
