Marketing Analyst
The Role
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and data analytic teams, to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. As a Marketing Analyst, your insights will help drive targeted marketing strategies, improve the patient experience, and enhance customer engagement through data-driven decision making.
The marketing team is a small, but critically important piece of the business. This role will be collaborative and will work closely with both Growth and Content Marketing, to help better understand what resonates with patients. We have weekly touchbases to review prior week performance and consistent one on one meetings to help with professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels (paid media, email, social, etc.), providing insights to optimize ROI
- Analyzes customer behavior, demographics, and preferences to improve targeting and personalization strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to design and evaluate growth strategies
- Use statistical analysis and data modeling to identify patterns and predict future trends
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth strategies and campaigns
- Identifies industry trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in growth and marketing analysis in DTC brands
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker)
- Advanced skills in analyzing and setting up Google and Meta ads
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (startup experience preferred)
