We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our growing team, focusing on the operational side of the business. This role will be integral in driving the success and optimization of our Operations processes and management activities. The Senior Analyst will support operational analysis requests, optimize business management routines, execute business cases, and work closely with Operations. They will also lead process improvement initiatives and serve as a key contributor to business strategies and operational decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Process and Business Management Optimization:
- Lead Process Optimization: Become the End-to-End (E2E) expert, identifying inefficiencies and driving the optimization of operational workflows and business management processes.
- Support Operations Business Management Execution: Collaborate with the Strategy and Analytics Manager to execute business management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and data-driven decision-making.
Business Case Execution:
- Develop and execute business cases that justify operational improvements and strategic initiatives, providing detailed cost-benefit analyses and actionable recommendations.
Performance Insights and Strategic Support:
- Conduct detailed analyses of operational performance to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support the development and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Metrics Design and Reporting:
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that accurately measure operational success and business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational metrics and support business planning.
Storytelling and Communication:
- Communicate complex data and analysis effectively through storytelling, crafting compelling narratives to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Prepare materials for executive (C-level) presentations, explaining key insights and operational recommendations.
Data Analytics:
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python) to extract actionable insights from large datasets and optimize operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in Business Strategy, Operations Improvements, or a similar role with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with relevant experience in operational analytics.
- Skills:
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Proven experience in improving both operational processes and operations management workflows.
- Business Case Development: Skilled in building and executing business cases with a focus on cost-benefit analysis and strategic impact.
- Storytelling: Exceptional ability to present data-driven insights in a clear, compelling way to influence decision-making.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to see the broader business impact of recommendations and focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Leadership and Ownership: Strong potential to lead initiatives and take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
