What we are looking for:
- This role will involve working with a talented group of data engineers, analysts, and other product managers to deliver a roadmap that you craft in support of our business strategy.
- Work with business owners to break apart very complex problems into logical, understandable, and sequenced parts of a roadmap and gain buy-in as needed.
- You are very comfortable in highly ambiguous situations where you need to be the one to drive progress with little structure and guidance.
- You understand how to translate business needs into technical designs and engage in discussions with data engineers and analysts to define a solution that manages complexity but achieves the business objectives.
- Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic.
- You make things happen.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 2+ yrs as a Product Manager and must have at least 3+ years of experience in a data platform or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data technologies, data management, and data analytics.
- High preference to candidates who have exposure to DBT, Databricks and data migration experience.
- Preference for candidates who have experience in Finance, Capital Markets, and Fintech.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
