Incentive Analyst role
The Incentive Compensation Analyst role (remote) aids the entire Member Operations organization, formed by the Originations, Collections, Member Insights, Business Controls and Solutions & Support Services centers of excellence, with designing, managing and administering incentive compensation plans that motivate and reward employees to achieve sales performance.
Business Analysts are in constant communication with upper management executives to align incentive compensation plans with business needs and help identify areas of improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and manage the Incentive Compensation Program.
- Administer and oversee incentive calculations and resolve any errors or disputes.
- Participate in measuring the satisfaction of the need for information from internal and external users.
- Design of incentive plans that target key performance indicators, and other operational and strategic objectives.
- Develop strategies, establish processes and controls for the implementation of changes in the incentive program.
- Assist management with the creation of incentive goals/targets/pre-implementation analysis, identify risks and implement controls associated with incentive compensation plan processes.
- Analyze incentive compensation data, prepare reports for senior leadership, identify areas of improvement, and effectively suggest insights and recommendations for the right KPI and goal setting.
- Experience and total focus to follow up of projects, dependencies, and performance reports derived for these implementations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- English speaking (90% written and verbal)
- Experience in small-medium size project management and implementation
- Conceptual and practical thinking.
- Broad knowledge of, and the ability to write and apply advanced business analysis concepts, practices, and procedures related to assigned area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good negotiation skills
- Detail analysis oriented, and ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- High sense of urgency and focus on the assigned functions
- High orientation to satisfaction with internal and external customer
