Your Role
The Manager, GTM Insights and Strategy will play a key role in shaping how O Positiv brings products to markets and evolves its brand. This person will own quantitative consumer insights work across go-to-market strategy and brand marketing, while also helping to drive GTM strategic initiatives. From developing surveys and analyzing data, to structuring clear narratives that influence strategy, this person will help the business stay close to the customer and make data-driven decisions. They will help us better understand the women’s health and wellness landscape, who O Positiv’s customer is, and what she is looking for.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market, and has cross-functional touchpoints spanning GTM, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product R&D. The role is primarily focused on consumer insights and analytics, but the ideal candidate also has a strategic mindset and can help support GTM initiatives such as competitive landscape analysis, defining quantitative measures of success, and assessing post-launch performance—for major product launches and strategic brand bets.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone analytically sharp and deeply curious, who thrives at using data to tell clear and concise stories. They should have strategic intuition and strong survey design skills, combined with a nose for value—they know what questions are worth asking and when qualitative, observational, or performance data may be more valuable. They’ll balance rigor with intuition, understand the limits of data, and are energized by the opportunity to influence both tactical decisions and broader strategic direction.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and synthesis of quantitative brand and product commercialization studies, including custom surveys
- Work cross-functionally to develop research that supports go-to-market strategy, product commercialization, and brand strategy
- Analyze quantitative data and develop clear, structured narratives and actionable recommendations based on the results
- Create scalable templates for repeatable survey types (e.g., new product launch, brand health, etc.)
- Help define best practices for survey methodology and insights reporting across the org
- Contribute to strategic GTM work including market assessments, positioning decisions, launch debriefs, and audience segmentation
- Build a consumer feedback muscle in the organization that balances speed, rigor, and real-world decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in consumer insights, analytics, market research, and / or another highly quantitative and strategic role
- Experience designing, programming, and analyzing quantitative surveys
- Strong proficiency with Qualtrics (or similar survey platforms) and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience structuring and synthesizing a large amount of complex data to tell compelling stories to senior executives
- Interpersonal:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Intellectually curious and resourceful, with strong judgment around when and how to leverage data
- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
- Exposure to go-to-market planning, positioning, or strategic analysis is a plus
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
- Passionate about women’s health
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $130,000-145,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

- Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
