What you get to do: 

  • Leverage learning and development best practices to nurture a growth mindset and build best-in-class training experiences for team members 
  • Engage stakeholders across the OppFi ecosystem to build and deliver end-to-end technical training programs for operations team members
  • Create and maintain a release schedule and project plans for each initiative, including timelines, dependencies, key partners, and risks
  • Attend Operational meetings to remain aware of organizational needs and provide strategies to support MBOs and business needs
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with operational leaders to identify needs, align objectives, and plan a strategy for launch, delivery, and measurement of new initiatives
  • Design, develop, and implement learning experiences aligned to adult learning principles and innovative learning and development solutions
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual learning experiences threaded with practices that are inclusive of various learning styles
  • Leverage technology to ensure ideal live and virtual learning experiences for all learners
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and build solutions to address gaps

What you will bring to the team:

Salary Grade: Senior Associate

Total Rewards and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position is $71,200/year. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on the candidate’s job-related skills and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
