As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage a broad range of payroll functions, including processing, auditing, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with payroll systems and standard office technology. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
In This Role, You Will:
- Process payroll for multi-state operations and maintain accurate payroll records
- Enter and verify data within payroll and accounting systems
- Respond to payroll inquiries and process garnishments, raises, bonuses, and commissions
- Maintain organized and accurate payroll documentation and filing systems
- Provide backup support for administrative functions and assist with general office tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Good communication, interpersonal, telephone and documentation skills
- Excellent word processing skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Finance or related field
- 1 year experience in multi-state payroll
- Prior experience with processing payroll utilizing web-based payroll system

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range
$56,000 - $66,000 USD
