Location:
- Patient Service Area: Oakland County - homes, assisted living facilities, and independent senior living communities within Oakland County.
- This position requires daily travel within the service area to provide care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes

- Home Office: Bingham Farms, MI
Schedule:
- Full-time Day Shift
- Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p With Weekend On-Call Rotation
Required Qualification
- Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Sixteen hours of classroom must be completed prior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training
- Must hold current certification as a nurse aide and be in good standing on the state nurse aide registry
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Must be able to read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively
- Understands hospice philosophy, comfortable providing specialized care to the terminally ill in the home or facility
- Is self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Secure with issues of death/dying
- Provides a calm manner when in a patient’s home
- Has empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired
Pay Range
$20 - $24 USD
