About the Role

Provide meaningful spiritual support and guidance to patients and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. As a Hospice Chaplain, you'll provide compassionate spiritual care to patients, caregivers, and families while supporting their emotional and spiritual needs throughout the hospice journey. Working as part of the interdisciplinary care team, you'll help ensure each patient receives personalized support that honors their beliefs, values, and individual needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and peace at end of life.

This role is ideal for a compassionate spiritual care professional who is dedicated to serving others and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. You'll complete spiritual assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide ongoing visits and support, and collaborate with clinical teams to address the holistic needs of patients and families.
