Job Description
Optimus seeks an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full time (salaried position ($87,120-$96,320) with benefits. This position requires critical thinking, organizational, and resource management skills to successfully spearhead new Vector System integrations from contract close to final installation. The role is predominantly in office, with potential 10%-20% travel to support client interfacing.
This position will serve as a cross functional nexus of the multiple departments necessary to execute client projects, both for existing accounts and new clients. The ability to successfully communicate between multiple tiers of the business is of the utmost importance.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with key organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop schedules, and identify resource requirements
- Proactively monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders as necessary
- Facilitate meetings, manage communication channels, and foster collaboration amongst team members
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies as necessary
- Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met according to specifications
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
- Provide timely communication to leadership regarding project status and pending issues
- Identifying obstacles for on time completion and providing potential solutions
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards
- Engage cross departmentally to ensure all project components are aligned and working together
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant task, project, or program management experience, preferably in a start-up or other rapid-growth environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing project plans within scope, budget, and deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Click-Up, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
