Job Description
Optimus seeks an organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Manager based in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time salaried position ($61,840-$68,240) with benefits. This position will be ideal for someone with a strong background managing CRM software systems and an understanding of data analytics regarding a long-lead sales cycle.
This position will provide overall support of Optimus’ Sales and Marketing efforts. The Sales Support Manager will be the subject matter expert for our CRM platform and sales analytics reporting. Other duties will support Optimus’ Sales and Marketing teams as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Act as the CRM Administrator, ensuring accurate data entry, system maintenance, and user support
- Oversee lead assignment and data management, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of sales opportunities
- Provide sales activity support, including coordinating customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales-related tasks
- Facilitate and support truck demos, ensuring proper scheduling, logistics, and execution
- Manage and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and marketing materials to support sales teams
- Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing Director with daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide trade show support in collaboration with marketing, including logistics, setup, and on-site assistance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sales support, sales analytics, or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales and marketing teams as well as other departments within the organization
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience working across multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and support sales strategies
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite including but not limited to Excel with pivot tables and Power BI
