Job Description 

Optimus is seeking a passionate and experienced Growth Marketing Lead to join our growing team that is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an in-person, full-time, salaried position ($120,640-$135,440) with benefits. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, translating the organization’s goals into actionable marketing initiatives that drive measurable results.  

This role is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute all marketing functions to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The most successful candidates will demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset, taking on new challenges and scaling marketing efforts as the company grows.

 Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage all social media channels, developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support sales initiatives. 
  • Create compelling and strategic content for social media, the company website, marketing literature, presentations, and sales decks to align with business goals and drive lead generation. 
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscape, customer and OEM insights, and lead generation analytics to provide data-driven recommendations that support sales objectives. 
  • Oversee all aspects of trade show participation, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI, including: 
    • Preparation:Digital marketing campaigns, social media promotion, and pre-show outreach. 
    • Planning:Booth layout, logistics, promotional materials, and merchandise. 
    • Follow-Up:Budget tracking, lead management, post-event campaigns, and 30/60/90-day performance reviews. 
  • Develop and distribute press releases, manage media outreach, and oversee communication strategies to strengthen Optimus' industry presence and credibility. 
  • Manage CRM tools for campaign tracking, lead generation, and customer insights. Utilize digital advertising, email marketing, and automation to drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including digital graphics, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • A minimum five years of experience years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and lead generation. 
  • Proven success in executing marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives. 
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, storytelling, and graphic design skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools. 
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). 
  • Experience managing trade shows, events, and product demonstrations. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and external vendors.
