Job Description Overview

Oral Surgery Partners (OSP) is seeking an experienced and dynamic College Relations Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting graduating Oral Surgeons. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen relationships with residency programs nationwide, engaging residents through events and outreach, and ensuring OSP’s campus recruiting strategy aligns with both immediate and long-term talent needs.

The College Relations Manager will serve as the face of OSP at residency programs and career events, promote our employer brand, and help build a strong pipeline of future surgeon partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Program Engagement

  • Identify residency programs that consistently align with OSP’s hiring needs.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with program directors, coordinators, residents, and staff.

Recruiting Events & Branding

  • Develop and manage an annual recruiting calendar and budget for career fairs, residency events, and info sessions.
  • Represent OSP at in-person and virtual events, actively engaging with residents before, during, and after each event.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, videos, and marketing materials to promote OSP’s brand and opportunities.

Candidate Development & Pipeline Management

  • Conduct screening calls, resume/CV reviews, and candidate evaluations to identify top resident talent.
  • Provide clear, accurate information on OSP’s culture, compensation, benefits, professional development, and partnership model.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents through consistent communication across email, text, social media, and other channels.

Process Improvement & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and introduce new strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation of candidates and events within the CRM Greenhouse.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of campus recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a College Relations Manager or equivalent role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident public speaker and presenter.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with proven relationship-building ability.
  • Skilled in using ATS platforms and complementary recruiting tools.
  • Demonstrates consistency, follow-through, and a sense of urgency.
  • Mature recruiting style with a focus on authentic connections and long-term engagement.
