About the Role

Orchard is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to manage our paid social strategy. In this role, you will manage a 7-figure marketing budget, spread across existing and new channels. Our social channels have been a critical component of our customer acquisition to date and we’re looking for a performance-driven candidate to drive increased growth and efficiency.

The right candidate is highly analytical with a bias for action. You will work day to day running campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, digging into the data to understand the “why” behind performance, and launching ad and product tests to improve upon it. You’ll also get to flex your creative muscles by owning landing page testing and working closely with our internal creative team, freelancers and AI enabled tools to design and test new ad formats, including video. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to scale their impact or for an agency manager to gain experience on the client side.

This is a full-time role that will report into the Head of Growth Marketing. The preference is for this role to be based in New York and working in office two days a week, but we are also open to remote candidates in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Manage a 7-figure marketing budget, setting and managing to ambitious KPIs across the Meta ecosystem
  • Create a robust testing strategy that encompasses testing within existing channels and identifying and executing tests in new channels
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to launch customer-centric creative tests across a variety of formats (ex: static, video, testimonials)
  • Work with our no-code web development tooling and product teams to test new landing page experiences, segmentation, and targeting tactics
  • Maintain and share weekly reporting dashboards, ensuring you’re digging into the “why” behind campaign performance
  • Build a deep understanding of our customer funnel, ensuring your channels are driving high-quality leads

 

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
  • Background in digital marketing with emphasis on Facebook required, other digital channels a plus
  • Deep experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Team player attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

 

The pay range for this position in California is $110,000-$130,000/year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
