Performance Media Strategic Lead

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Performance Media Strategy Lead to develop data-driven marketing strategies across performance channels including Google Ads, Search, and Social. This role will focus on delivering comprehensive conversion media strategies and frameworks to help clients achieve measurable outcomes and maximise ROI.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to synthesis reports and analysis, see through any biases, and deliver clear, compelling stories that help clients achieve their business objectives.

This role demands an expert in performance media, capable of working across multiple channels and providing thought leadership throughout the client engagement process. This role will be supported by a team of Performance and Social strategists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Design and support the team with comprehensive marketing strategies across Google Ad network, search, and social media channels to drive performance and ensure client success.
  • Connect Insights to Inform Strategic Recommendations: Synthesize analytics across audience, channels and messaging to identify key trends and insights to inform recommendations that ladders up to the clients’ strategic imperatives.
  • Digital Performance Marketing Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of key performance marketing channels, including Google Ad Network (SEM, Display, YouTube), social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), and affiliate/native media (e.g., Taboola, WhatsApp) to drive results.
  • Client Leadership & Partnership: Lead client meetings and discussions as the performance media expert, working closely with Orchard’s Account team to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Client-Focused Strategic Development: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, both macro and micro, and recommend marketing solutions that align with their goals and deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Process & Framework Innovation: Contribute to the development of Orchard’s internal processes and frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
