ABOUT THIS ROLE

Orchestra is seeking a Research & Insights Specialist to support high-value business development opportunities with quick-turn insights to support strategy and innovation, validating of strategic direction, and demonstration of our data-driven approach to our proposals. We are looking for someone who is excited to be an instrumental part of delivering insightful and impactful analyses to help our clients understand the importance and impact of data-driven insights. 

Part of the Strategic Insights team, this person should have a core knowledge of analytics tools and the desire to create impactful reporting to support the agency’s insights deliverables. They will have the opportunity to work across agencies to execute rigorous methodologies, with the end goal of effectively communicating the strategic implications and impact to our clients. Most importantly, this person will be curious, driven, and excited about the ideas of what’s possible to measure and learn from data. 

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deliver interesting and impactful data-driven insights to a vast range of stakeholders, including clients, potential clients, and internal teams
  • Work collaboratively with the Growth and various teams across the agency network to support analytics & insights needs; applying data-driven best practices to support each client’s unique needs
  • Supporting the execution of research projects including: desk research, designing boolean search taxonomies, media analysis, white space assessments, audience mapping, and much more
  • Support the production of client-facing reports and analysis for clients & interagency stakeholders to support data-backed findings and strategic recommendations
  • Execute comprehensive measurement plans for analyzing owned, social, and earned properties
  • Assist in business development and growth by working with an interagency team to inform our proposal strategy and ongoing client analytics deliverables
  • Work closely with the analytics & insights team to execute data strategies (e.g. metric definitions, data capture, visualization, storytelling, etc.)
  • Keep up to date on best practices, tools and news in the analytics industry

Essential skills:

  • At least 2+ years of insights experience, demonstrating career progression
  • Excitement and passion toward developing and executing data-driven strategies and insights, along with a solid understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience supporting the execution of media monitoring & measurement, media analyses, audience insights, and social intelligence analysis 
  • Strong communication skills and a builder mentality, feeding a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries: ability to support asks across the larger BerlinRosen Holding’s community
  • Knowledge of a wide range of analytics tools, experience with applicable tools will suffice. Relevant tools include:
    • Owned: Google Analytics, Hootsuite
    • Earned: Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Netbase, Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack, Tubular, Statista
    • Social: Sprout Social
  • Familiarity with dashboard tools, such as Google Analytics, Google’s Looker Studio, Databox, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and clearly communicate with project managers
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Previous experience working with a wide range of clients across industries in a face-paced agency environment

 

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $75,000 - $85,000
