ABOUT THE FINANCE TEAM

The Orchestra Finance Team oversees financial results and works with our teams on client finance, growth strategies and the overall financial health of the company. We are responsible for the successful integration with our new partner companies as well as any future acquisition activity.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Orchestra is seeking an innovative and results-driven Director, Systems and Integration to lead the optimization and connectivity of our finance and business systems. Reporting directly to the EVP of Finance Transformation, this role will own the integration strategy, manage a NetSuite/Systems Administrator and drive scalable, connected solutions across the enterprise.

Role location: This role is based on a hybrid basis in our New York, N.Y. office. The Finance team is in-office 3 days per week. 

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As the Director, Systems and Integration on our Finance team, you will…

Systems Integration and Ecosystem Management

  • Lead Celigo-based API integrations between NetSuite and Replicon, Paylocity, HubSpot, Concur, and future CLM tools
  • Architect dataflows, error handling, and reconciliation; enhance NetSuite with new modules, customizations, workflows, and reporting
  • Build and maintain a connected ERP, HRIS, CRM, resource, expense, and CLM ecosystem, defining systems of record and enforcing governance for data accuracy
  • Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability and serve as the escalation point for system issues, balancing short-term fixes with long-term improvements

Strategy, Projects, and Data

  • Translate executive priorities into technology roadmaps and integration initiatives.
  • Lead projects from requirements through deployment and post–go-live support, managing vendors to meet deliverables and SLAs
  • Document integrations and workflows, monitor risks and dependencies, and design integration-driven data structures for analytics and executive dashboards
  • Ensure enterprise data accuracy, leverage AI/ML for anomaly detection and predictive reporting, and recommend emerging technologies where appropriate

Change Management and Leadership

  • Train Finance and Operations teams and drive adoption of new workflows and system enhancements
  • Mentor and develop the NetSuite & Systems Administrator

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in strategic finance system transformations and integrations
  • Proven expertise in NetSuite administration, enhancements, and integrations
  • Direct experience with full-cycle finance system implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and support
  • Strong understanding of finance and HR processes within enterprise systems
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in professional services or agency environments
  • Hands-on experience with Celigo, HubSpot, Concur, Replicon/Polaris and CLM tools
  • Familiarity with BI/Reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric)
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $135,000-$175,000

Directors are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
