ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a Media Supervisor to join our Paid Media team. This role is ideal for a media professional who is ready to take on greater strategic ownership while continuing to stay close to execution.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns for clients across issue advocacy, public affairs, philanthropy and other disciplines. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign performance from strategy through reporting, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — comfortable building media plans, optimizing campaigns, leading client conversations, and supporting team development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role location: This role is available within one of our offices in Washington, D.C., New York, N.Y., Boston, MA on a hybrid basis. The team is in-office at least 3 days per week. We are also open to remote for the right candidate.

- Leading portions of client meetings, presenting performance updates and proactive suggestions; escalating issues as needed.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance on campaign execution, reporting, and best practices.
- Collaborating closely with account, project management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Staying up to date on advertising trends, platform updates, and political advertising policies, and sharing relevant learnings with internal teams.
- Supporting business development efforts, including research, proposal drafting, and pitch participation as needed.
- Contributing to positive team culture, internal processes, and efficient ways of working across the paid media practice.
