ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Account Director, Product is the day-to-day operator of key Product initiatives. You’ll partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Managing Director to coordinate work across agencies and functions, ensure clarity and momentum across our roadmap, and support the teams who are adopting new standards, tools, and workflows. This is a mid-senior role for someone who excels at structured thinking, cross-functional leadership, and translating ambiguity into action. This role requires someone who is highly comfortable collaborating with Orchestra team members across levels and functions, able to interview subject matter experts, extract the underlying logic of how work gets done, and translate that input into structured, repeatable documentation that fits within the Orchestra Way. You do not need a product or engineering background, but strong comfort with technology and AI-enabled tools is increasingly essential, as these systems are woven through Product’s work.
If you enjoy helping teams level up, see patterns across diverse work and bring order to evolving systems, this role is a high-impact opportunity.
