ABOUT THE CREATIVE & DESIGN INTERNSHIP
Orchestra is seeking highly motivated, design-driven individuals to join our Creative & Design team for a Summer Internship.
This hands-on opportunity is designed for students and emerging creatives with a strong interest in visual storytelling, branding, and multimedia design. Interns will be embedded on our Creative & Design team, contributing to active client work and internal initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
You’ll gain exposure to how ideas move from concept to execution — supporting the development of visual identities, digital assets, presentations, and multimedia content that bring strategy to life across formats and platforms.
Interns participate in internal meetings and collaborative work sessions, gaining real-world experience in a professional creative environment.
- Duration: May 26, 2026 - August 21, 2026
- Location: Hybrid internship based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. offices (minimum 3 days/week in-office)
- Compensation: Interns receive a standard rate of $18/hour.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As an intern, you will…

Support the development of visual and multimedia assets

Assist with concepting and creative brainstorming

Design graphics for presentations, social content, and marketing materials

Help prepare client-ready materials and internal creative resources

Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Rising junior or senior, postgraduate student, or early-career professional with relevant interest or experience
- Background in graphic design, visual arts, digital media, or related field (art school students encouraged to apply)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, creativity, and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment
