This senior leadership role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer of Orchestra, and work with cross-functional teams that include our service offerings as well as our Growth and client relationship leaders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Work with our data and analytics team and The Message Lab @ Orchestra to translate insights, qualitative and quantitative data and research into actionable positioning – whether it’s a brand’s North Star or its newest campaign – that will anchor omni-channel strategic plans that we can execute on behalf of our clients.
    • Focus on creating long-term brand plans that not only reflect a client’s vision but also drive measurable business outcomes.
    • Help shape client-facing integrated plans, ensuring that brand strategy is the foundation for all tactical execution.
    • Work with leadership to develop a financial threshold for larger strategy engagements and a roadmap to push new strategic approaches deeper into the organization.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Learn about and understand the various verticals and service capabilities at Orchestra. Advise leadership on potential additions to both as we continue to grow.
    • Partner with our client relationship leaders in our verticals, including Technology and Corporate Communications, Consumer, Real Estate, Hospitality and Travel, Impact and Philanthropy, and Public Affairs.
    • Work with our Growth team to sell relevant services and channels.
    • Work with leadership to develop a thesis on the internal creative team, including the current creative talent at the organization.
  • Systems Development
    • Formalize/develop our approach to strategy design so that, over time, we can push more strategic frameworks deeper into our client base.
    • Develop strategic processes and systemize our approach to the development of integrated strategies and plans for clients.
    • Help key client relationship leaders build familiarity with brand strategy approach and its role in new and existing client growth.
  • KPIs
    • Work with the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership to set measurable KPIs for the strategy team.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Help build, lead and manage the brand strategy team, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction on all client brand initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain a high-performing team culture focused on creativity, collaboration and results.
