The Opportunity

As the Manager, Data & Analytics Enablement, you’ll be at the forefront of organizing and operationalizing the unstructured data that powers Orennia’s analytics platform. You’ll design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and policies to manage data quality, while serving as the key liaison between our internal teams and offshore vendor. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll leverage your technical expertise to wrangle large datasets, streamline data processes, and build infrastructure that enables smarter decision-making across the business. From driving quality assurance to supporting automation and integration efforts, your work will directly influence how our clients access insights and allocate capital in the energy transition.

What You’ll Do

• You will project management of all unstructured data collection and maintenance processes, onshore and offshore.
• You will oversee quality assurance on all unstructured data (in conjunction with the lead of data engineering).
• You will develop and refine scalable systems, documentation, and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality data operations.
• You will work with the analyst team to understand the application of the data to ensure clients needs are met.
• You will collaborate with product and technology teams to prioritize data projects, implement automation, and integrate new data solutions into the platform.
• You will mentor and manage a team of data analysts.

Who You Are

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• You have strong knowledge of standards of operation when handling and archiving data.
• You have 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting.
• You have experience overseeing the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures.
• You have experience supporting team members in using that data for client needs.
