The Opportunity 

As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in  you will help the technology team and play and integral role in the development of our products, including actively designing, coding, and modifying our website from layout to function. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, high technical proficiency, and are highly adaptable.    Our people are passionate and have a strong belief in our mission. What You’ll Do

  • Iterate on new and existing features by contributing across the whole technical stack. 
  • Contribute to unit and end to end testing suites to ensure high quality, while working with quality assurance analysts on system and user acceptance testing.
  • Use debugging tools to troubleshoot source/root cause of code defects and resolve defects resulting from all levels of testing.
  • Participate in technical planning sessions, and provide input on potential solutions.
  • Ensure implementation and refinement of formal process to support the software development lifecycle process.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or other relevant graduate degrees.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Lean and Agile development methodologies (such as Kanban or SCRUM).
  • Experience building software through the entire SDLC from idea to release.
  • Development experience with relevant languages (such as JavaScript/Typescipt, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with modern web technology stacks (such as Svelte, D3, Event Streams, SQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts (such as CI/CD, Orchestration, Monitoring, Automated Testing).
