POSITION OVERVIEW:
Orion Group is hiring an Analyst to join its Capital Management team, the role will be specifically focused on FP&A
and Investor Relations across our fast-growing business. This position will have high-exposure to Orion's senior
finance team, leadership team, and PE sponsor Alpine Investors. You’ll play an important role in helping to scale
finance infrastructure, analytical processes, and investor communications as Orion continues its rapid expansion.
The Orion team is developing rapidly, and successful professionals will be offered a significant amount of upward

or further develop their analytical and strategic thinking skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monthly & quarterly reporting - compile consolidated financials and KPI dashboards across Orion’s three
businesses for distribution to executives, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Investor management - assist in the preparation and updating of key stakeholder & board materials to
help drive better communication across the company.
• Insight and analytics – produce comprehensive financial and operational analyses for Orion and Alpine,
spotlighting drivers, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic decisions.
• Legal-entity governance - ensure that Orion’s legal data organization is well maintained to keep
compliance and end users up to date.
• Treasury support - support transaction funding and cash forecasting, along with coordinating companywide budgeting, P&L / cash-flow projections, KPI tracking, deal post-mortems, and capital-planning.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
College graduate with a 4-year degree and at least 1-2 years in a related field.
• Exceptional analytical skills: ability to handle excel workbooks & related analysis
• Thought partnership: collaborative and capable of thinking outside the box.
• Relationship building: able to develop trust and rapport across teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Versatile: a demonstrated ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head on.
• Team player: someone who can work with multiple departments and levels within the company.

REPORTING STRUCTURE & TRAVEL:
This role reports to the VP of Capital Management and will provide significant exposure to the leadership of
Orion’s businesses, the Orion management team, and Orion’s sponsor, Alpine.
Given Orion’s operations across the U.S. and Canada, the role will likely involve occasional travel (approximately
10%).
COMPENSATION:
We believe in rewarding our talent with a competitive compensation package and benefits that reflect our
commitment to our people. The total compensation (“all-in” comp, including salary and on-target bonus) will range
from $150k - $170k depending on experience.
TIMING:
This New York-based role will primarily require 4 days per week in the office, with some flexibility to work from
home. While start dates are flexible, there is a preference for a post-Labor Day start
